Berggren upgrades their platform for electronic services

The platform for electronic services, Greip® Express, which is a part of Berggren’s service package, will be upgraded. Going forward, you will have eBerggren® Portfolio at your disposal. The technology of the service is based on the new and modern version of the Greip®10 application offered by our subsidiary Greip IP Solutions Oy. The user interface will be wholly upgraded and there will be significant improvements in the contents and useability of the service. The change will take place in stages during October and the users of the service will be informed about this separately.

No training or tutoring is required to use the new version. The basics remain the same, but managing information and communication is more intuitive. It is quicker and easier to find information related to your IP rights and electronic communication with Berggren becomes even more fluent.

During October, the platform will be updated visually to eBerggren® Portfolio.

eBerggren® Portfolio in a nutshell:

• Dashboard which helps you to navigate and drill into your IP handled by Berggren.
• Comprehensive features that enable you to find correct information.
• IP Management section where you can review your IP matters either on case or family level. This is lean and fast thanks to the new graphic view.
• Data views of the IP cases or families that will show you all bibliographic data, present status, pictures, documents and realized costs.
• Workspaces which enable you to communicate with the Berggren professionals about matters related to filing orders or deadlines.
