For over two decades, Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) magazine has been at the forefront of conducting extensive annual surveys assessing the quality and client satisfaction of patent and trademark services offered by intellectual property firms located in nearly every country in the world. This year over 1,700 firms participated in the IP STARS research, with only the highest-recommended firms earning a place in the rankings. Following our impressive results in trademark rankings reported earlier this year, we are pleased to announce our equally impressive patent rankings which have now been released.
Berggren has consistently been recognized as a top IP firm in MIP’s annual survey, and this year is no different. In the 2024 patent report, Berggren is pleased to have been awarded a “Tier 1” ranking in patent prosecution and to be listed as “other notable firm” for patent disputes. This achievement distinguishes Berggren as the only IP firm headquartered in Finland to be honoured in both categories relating to patent practice. This equals the results achieved by our Trademark team in the MIP report released earlier this year.
We are pleased that our work has once again been recognised in the 2024 edition of IP Stars. This recognition reflects the hard work and deep expertise of our team as well as our focus on client service. We are partcularly proud to be the only firm in Finland that is recognised in both the patent prosecution and patent disputes categories.
