Before joining Berggren, Outi built a well-rounded career as a research scientist and a patent attorney at Finnish patent agencies and also as a patent manager at a Finnish industrial biotechnology company. She handles assignments related to the protection of technology in the fields of chemistry, biotechnology and biochemistry. She knows the IP processes of companies and has the ability to examine IP matters from various perspectives. Outi handles clients’ patenting processes and assists in matters related to the drafting of IP strategies. She also conducts various analyses and investigations and provides tailored training services.
